LMRCC GOES ONLINE AT LMRCC.ORG

On April 13, 1998 the Lower Mississippi River Conservation Committee will have a notable presence on the information superhighway at the Internet address http://www.lmrcc.org. Part of the LMRCC’s mission is to educate and inform the public on issues and topics that affect the Lower Mississippi River and Mississippi Alluvial Valley. This new website provides an avenue to share information regarding the LMRCC’s work with anyone in the world who has Internet access. The website is designed to provide relevant and easy-to-use information concerning the LMRCC and it’s administration. The LMRCC Executive Committee wants the information provided by this Internet site to be both interesting and valuable to anyone who accesses it. The site contains current information concerning upcoming meetings and announcements, press releases, committee member addresses as well as stories and resource material printed in the LMRCC newsletter. The Executive Committee wants this site to be a usable tool that our members and interested people can use to keep abreast of the organization’s efforts.

The website is managed by Vision Creek Enterprises (www.visioncreek.com) of Oxford, Mississippi. If you have comments or questions concerning the new LMRCC website, please use the "Contact the Coordinator" section of the webpage or E-Mail at Ron_Nassar@fws.gov.
